-- The Deadline for 2021 Graduating High School Students applications and for Returning Student Applications is Midnight April 15, 2021.

-- We upgraded our application portal and the entire application is online.  You can save and return as often as you like.

HINT: Moments after you register, you receive an email asking you to setup a password. DO THAT RIGHT AWAY.  That password is how you get back in after you save!

HINT: Some people report that the system doesn't "Save" the information you enter until you move ahead to the next section. So, move ahead to "Save".  Don't use the "Back" button in your browser to go back.

HINT:
UPDATE:  Students with password / data saving/ technical issues with our Kaleidoscope application system:
-- Note that there is a "NEED HELP?" button on every page. That is your first link to assistance.
-- There is a support phone number for applicants.
800 278 8762   When I called, it went to voicemail, BUT, they say they'll call you back (Minnesota time zone).
-- There is also an email address for tech support with applications   help@mykaleidoscope.com  You should know the application number sent in an email at initial registration.

-- Our applications take a while to complete, there's a video and an essay and lots to do, so it's best to START NOW.
-- This year, our applications look and work fine on your phone!

See the instructions for the type of application you want to submit in the paragraphs below.

The Upper Keys Rotary Club offers three types of scholarships to students residing in the Upper Keys:

-- Graduating High School Students (those graduating from high school in 2021 including those who took a "gap" year in 2020).  For the Graduating High School Student instructions CLICK HERE.   You WILL need the Financial sheet.  You can download a PDF version of the financial sheet HERE.  You can download a doc file version of the financial sheet HERE.  Use whichever file type works for you.

PLEASE NOTE: You will see warnings to limit the size of video upload files to 100MB.  The system is accepting larger files now. But still, Please set your devices to record at 720p in order to conserve file space and reduce the upload time.  Do not use 1080 or 4K recording.

Hint:  Do NOT use the "Back" arrow on your browser when moving through your application. You could lose what you just entered. Use the navigation buttons on the bottom of each page.
